charcoal poster done in black, tan, and gray colors with text at the top of the poster that reads "the outside filled with limits, the world shrunk" below it there is an eye with the pupil being the earth shrinking, done with green and blue colors.
The World Shrunk is a second poster designed for The Biennial of the Poster Bolivia BICeBé which is one of the most important international competitions for design and visual arts. This poster was created from a stanza of the poem “No Course to the Interior Space” or in Spanish, “Sin Rumbo al Espacio Interior.” For this poster I chose the stanza, “the outside filled with limits, the world shrunk” and from this, I created a 70 cm x 100 cm poster with a zoomed-in view of an eye with the pupil being the earth depicting how humans saw the limitations of the pandemic on the earth that left us feeling that we could not do much.
